WHAT’S INCLUDED
Every subscription draws from the full range of work on our Services page (keep meetings and loose ends moving, get out of your inbox and calendar, facts before the meeting, clean CRM so follow-up doesn’t die, write down how the work gets done, and chase vendors and paperwork). Scope and tools are confirmed before the month starts, or at trial kickoff. We work in the background, in your tools, with only the access you grant. Hours begin billing once onboarding forms are accepted and access is confirmed. No phone, chat, or same-day emergencies…overnight and between-meeting work.

The same card is billed $899 on day 7 for the 20 hours/month plan, renewing monthly until cancelled. Cancel at least one day before day 7 to avoid the charge. Extensions are discretionary if forms are accepted late. Unused hours roll over as already stated. Want 30 or 40 hours instead? Subscribe to the new plan with payment starting on a date you pick, after you expect the current 20 hours to be used. Once the new plan starts, we cancel the 20-hour subscription.
Billing: The 7 days start on payment. Hours begin billing once onboarding forms are accepted and access is confirmed. On day 7 the monthly plan is billed to the same card.
