- Not a fit? Cancel at least one day before day 7 to avoid the charge.
- Roll into the monthly subscription. The same card is billed $899 on day 7 for the 20 hours/month plan, renewing monthly until cancelled. Need 30 hours for $1,299/mo or 40 hours for $1,599/mo? Subscribe to the new plan with payment starting on a date you pick, after you expect the current 20 hours to be used. Once the new plan starts, we cancel the 20-hour subscription.
- Stay flexible. Cancel at least one day before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Any unused hours for a month will credit to the next month as additional hours that can be used for that month. They expire at the end of the following month and do not prorate the monthly fee.

- Under 20% of hours used: 80% refunded
- 20% to 39% used: 60% refunded
- 40% to 59% used: 40% refunded
- 60% to 79% used: 20% refunded
- 80% or more used: no refund
Time worked is not refunded.
Service ends immediately when a refund is requested.
